Mixed Ability - Ride45 Class 🚴 🚴‍♀️

This low impact workout tightens the core and tones the whole body whilst burning maximum calories, you will experience hill climbs, interval sprints whilst working up a sweat. Regardless of your current fitness levels this really is the workout that everyone can do.


Mixed Ability - Cross Trainer ⛷️

Cross trainer work out alongside the bikes for a slightly different 45 minute workout. Great if you prefer standing to sitting whilst excersizing.


Advanced - Indoor Cycle 🚴 🚴‍♀️ 💖

Started Spinning about 3 years ago to get fit for a London to Paris charity bike ride. And that was that hooked..... Since then I have qualified as a Keiser Instuctor and teach around 5 sessions a week.

Mostly I run the SPIVI system in each Ride when helps you monitor your fitness in power output. On a Sunday @ 8am I take a 1hr class based to improve your power for indoor and outdoor cycling. Look forward to seeing you in class.

TRX is our complete body training system that uses the magic of gravity and your bodies weight to build power, strength, flexibility, core and joint stability. TRX works multiple muscles that increase your heart rate thus burning a lot more calories than other types of training

Mixed Ability - BOXFIT Class 🥊

Our BOXFIT classes focus on a full-body workout, whilst teaching you the basics of boxing, our trainers will stamp their own style to the workout. It's high energy and a great experience with pumping tunes.
