Mixed Ability - Ride45 Class
This low impact workout tightens the core and tones the whole body whilst burning maximum calories, you will experience hill climbs, interval sprints whilst working up a sweat. Regardless of your current fitness levels this really is the workout that everyone can do.
Mixed Ability - Cross Trainer
Cross trainer work out alongside the bikes for a slightly different 45 minute workout. Great if you prefer standing to sitting whilst excersizing.
Advanced - Indoor Cycle
Started Spinning about 3 years ago to get fit for a London to Paris charity bike ride. And that was that hooked..... Since then I have qualified as a Keiser Instuctor and teach around 5 sessions a week.
Mostly I run the SPIVI system in each Ride when helps you monitor your fitness in power output. On a Sunday @ 8am I take a 1hr class based to improve your power for indoor and outdoor cycling. Look forward to seeing you in class.
