WHO, WHAT, WHERE & WHY?

Why the name Ride45?

Good question. It’s simple, your class is 45 minutes! – It’s all you need to see results in the way you look and feel.

Music

Riding, Stretching and Boxing to the beat is a key part to the Ride45 experience. Each class has a new soundtrack tailored by our very own trainers whether it be pop, rock or a themed Abba evening we are sure you are going to love it.

Workout

Our low impact workouts tighten the core and tones the whole body whilst burning maximum calories, in our Cycling classes you will experience hill climbs, interval sprints whilst working up a sweat. Regardless of your current fitness levels our classes really are the workout that everyone can do.

I'm new help!

For Cycling we recommend buying some professional cycle shoes, these clip into the bike and make the ride a whole lot more beneficial. (Talk to the trainer if you would like some tips on the best ones to buy) – You can also wear trainers if you prefer. As for the Sweatbox and Boxfit classes all the equipment you shall need is provided.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within three hours of your booked ride. This gives other participants on the waitlist a chance to book on.

Cancellations made in less than three hours will loose there allocated pass.

Please use your Mindbody app or the website to cancel your class.

Reservations

You must be physically present 5 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled class or your spot may be given to a waitlisted client.
